West Coast Reconditioning

My Husband contacted this Company through their website and followed their message system...provided a photo. He repeated this three time over the last two weeks...one phone call saying they would get back to us with an estimate...since then nothing. We are very disappointed.

He is amazing. His price and his work is amazing too. He is so personable and he is reachable as well. He also has a great sense of humor.

I made an appointment with Aaron Baird who is one of the owners. I had emailed photos of the damage to him and he quoted me what I thought was a fair price. He came out to my condo at the appointed day and time and within an hour and a half he had sanded and refinished the damaged areas so that it looked like new. It is beautiful! You can't tell that there was ever any damage. I'm amazed, and it cost half of what a regular shop would have charged. SO convenient that he comes out to your house. He charged exactly what he quoted and did a tremendous job - no hidden costs or surprises. Would definitely use him again.

I HAD HAD THE SAME SCRAPE DONE BY A SHOP AND THE WORK WAS SO BAD THAT I DECIDED TO HAVE IT REDONE.  THE SHOP DID NOT MATCH THE PAIN NOR WAS IT INVISIBLE.  THE ENTIRE RIGHT FRONT WAS FLAT BLACK AND IT WAS UGLY. THE FIRST TIME, I CALLED WEST COAST RECONDITIONING AND  THEY CALLED ME BACK IN A TIMELY MANNER.  WE ARRANGED TO MEET AT THE HONDA DEALER THE NEXT MORNING.  I SHOWED HIM WHAT NEDED REPAIR.  HE SUBSEQUENTLY CALLED ME IN THE AFTERNOON TO INFORM ME THAT THE WORK HAD BEEN DONE.  I MET HIM AND MY CAR AT THE HONDA DEALER AGAIN, AND THE SCRAPE WAS COMPLETELY GONE.  IT IS A BLACK CAR, SO THE WHITE SCRAPE WAS VERY VISIBLE.  I WAS VERY, VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK.  I ONCE AGAIN HAD MY BEAUTIFUL, NEW CAR LOOKING AMAZING.  UNFORTUNATELY, ABOUT A MONTH LATER, I SCRAPED THE EXACT SAME AREA.  I CALLED WEST COAST RECONDITIONING AND WE DID THE SAME PROCEDURE.  THE CAR WAS BEAUTIFULLY REPAIRED AGAIN.  I WILL CALL HIM IN THE FUTURE WITHOUT HESITATION FOR WORK INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE CAR.

Jonathon was quick in responding to my email. I emailed him photos of the areas that needed paint touchup and he gave an estimate based on the photos. He arrived on time and we asked him to do more than he'd estimated for but he gave us a good price on the extra and he also touched up many other smaller places on the car. He did a fantastic job of the touchups and the car looked like new when he was done. We were especially impressed that there were no discernable lines to show that the paint had been touched up - the paint blended flawlessly everywhere. The only problem is that now I'm afraid to drive the car for fear of getting into more LA scrapes! But if that happens, we will definitely call Jonathan again. We were very pleased with the work he did and would highly recommend his services.

A few years back I messed up and drove my car into my neighbor's parked car and completely destroyed his rear bumper. There were several areas on his bumper with scratches, nicks and chipped off paint. Since it was obviously my fault, I agreed to pay for his bumper to get fixed. I was referred to Jonathan from West Coast Reconditioning and he was very professional from beginning to end. I made an appointment with him and he was on time. He did the job in the time he had estimated and my neighbor's bumper looked brand new after Jonathan was done. The paint color matched perfectly with the rest of the car and there were no signs of any damage after he was done. It's been two years since then and I just looked at my neighbor's bumper and it still looks great. No sign of ever being hit.
I would recommend Jonathan and WCR to anyone. Working with him was a pleasant experience.

After backing into another vehicle, I had a pretty significant dent and a lot of paint damage on the rear bumper of my van.

I had heard great things about West Coast Reconditioning, so I thought I'd give them a try.

I called and left a message for Jonathan up and he called me back right away and was able to give me a quote and schedule a time to fix my van, on location, within a day or two.

I was impressed by how quickly he responded to my inquiry and how convenient he made it for me to get my van fixed.

I loved that I didn't have to drive it somewhere and wait around for hours on end, or find a ride home. I'll never take my van into the body shop/paint shop ever again!

I am so happy and pleased! My van looks like new!
