They did a great job. They were very thorough.  We have really good communication with them. Whatever you need, you just need to ask.  They do what we wanted them to and they get it done the right way the first time. Price wise they are doing pretty much what everybody else is doing. Whenever we have a critique or comment, they have been on it right away. Punctuality is due to being in LA. We are the client that is the furthest east for them and they often get held up in traffic. They take their work seriously. Even though the staff has changed, their standards remain at a a constant high.

True Blue Maids and the owner Lynette have to be the worse
cleaning company that I've ever come in contact with. 1 star is giving them too
much credit but it looks like that's my only option.  When I called for a cleaning service quote,
Lynette was charming and made it clear that she meets with her staff and fully
informs them of the services requested. She quoted me a price, which I accepted
and we made the appt. The staff showed up 1 day early than they were supposed
to, which should've been a sign. She had emailed the details and arrival date
to me, oh well maybe just a mistake I thought.  Her staff showed up and didn't do what was requested.
I'm going to assume they took a wet towel and wiped over everything because
that was the extent of my so called cleaning. My bathrooms were left uncleaned,
literally. The kitchen counter and such were wiped over I guess, but the stove,
refrigerator, cabinets...weren't cleaned. I was VERY clear & detailed on
the specifics of the job. I wasn't home and Lynette assured me that everything
would be as requested.   Lynette used
excuse after excuse and had a very strange demeanor about herself and didn't
seem to understand how unhappy I was with the results. You?re a cleaning company,
right? You?re supposed to be there to clean!
 I would never
recommend the services of this company. Lynette's communication and customer
service style is very strange to say the least. I have never written ad
negative reviews of any company prior to this because I look at it as perhaps
they just had a bad day, just a fluke. This time due to the extremely negative
experience I had with Lynette and her company, this was something I had to do.
Another note, instead of Lynette communicating with me via
phone she would send these long text messages. I?m not use to communicating via
text with a business?that?s very strange to me so I asked her to stop texting
me. I then find out she?s stalking me via social media.
I was looking for a good experience and a company that I
could continue to use on a regular.  I?m
not sure  if her 5 stars are really legit
because after experiencing  True Blue
maids and Lynette,  I cannot imagine that
she could receive  any of the accolades
listed on yelp. I wanted to like her services and would?ve given her r 5 stars
if the service was warranted.
Use at your own risk, seriously!

I like that I can schedule things online. I like that they're very receptive to changes and that they're very good at responding to my requests. They are not as thorough as some of the other cleaning services that I've had before.

They were great. They arrived on the scheduled time. They cleaned very well. They came in around my schedule.

I called at the last minute because of a cancellation by another company, and I was really in a bind. Lynette was very accommodating and did an excellent job of working out a time with me with less than 24 hours notice. The price seemed a bit steep at 1st, $170.00 for a team of 2 for 2 hours, and I was worried that they would not be able to do enough during that time, as I have a large house. But I am SO pleased with their service! We talked about my priorities and they were able to do everything that I asked them to do, and more, within the 2 hours. This included sweeping and washing floors in the living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway and 2 bathrooms, vacuuming 3 bedrooms, and dusting everywhere. They washed, dried and put away all of the dishes, cleaned sinks, tub and shower, cleaned mirrors and shower doors, cleaned and wiped all counters, tables, etc. All the appliances in the kitchen were sparkling clean. They even cleaned inside the refrigerator!
They were so efficient, friendly and understanding. In the past, I've always tried to clean up before house cleaners came, but I was unable to do that this time, and I felt embarrassed by all of the mess and piles of stuff all around. But Lynette and her daughter put me right at ease and took it all in stride.
I highly recommend True Blue Maids and plan to have them come on a regular basis to try and gain back control of my home! Their prices are less when they come regularly - weekly, bi-monthly, or whatever the customer needs.

My house was pretty messy due to being ill for many years and they came in, assessed the situation and just took over. I still cannot do housework, but will able to keep having it kept up now with help from Angie's List again.

The initial cleaning was fine. I hate looking for maid service, because you have to compromise your own standards. They did an adequate job, were very pleasant and friendly, and don't mind pets (our dog is 14 and moves very slowly). We hired them to begin coming every other Tuesday. In the beginning, the cleaning again seemed adequate. I travel during the week, so just my husband and the dog are home. It did seem odd that they would clean the oven every time even when it had clearly not been used. As a few months went by, we started to notice more and more missed places that seemed very obvious to us. For example, they would mop the bathroom floor, but then put the rugs back down without vacuuming or shaking out the rugs. They did not dust the hardwood floors under the dressers (high legs, so it would have been easy) or under the couch. They dusted around things on wood dressers instead of picking them up and dusting the entire surface. They wiped cabinet fronts as high as they could reach and left the upper half unwiped - which made a very obvious pattern. When we left notes, the owner would give us a discount ($20) off of the next cleaning. My husband finally came home from work this last week and none of the rugs had been vacuumed. The owner came over and finished the job, gave us back our check and told us they could no longer clean our house. She did this in a very professional manner. Their customer service is excellent, but unfortunately, if they dusted/cleaned the obvious instead fo the obscure (cleaning a clean oven), they would not need excellent customer service. They seem to have a frame of mind for cleaning apartments when you are moving out, rather than bi-weekly home cleaning. A slight adjustment to priorities would make them much more successful and I wish them good luck!

Excellent. Lynette was very responsive and professional. Found her on Yelp. She and her husband are a team and cleaned our new house from top to bottom in 2 hours. At first, I was nervous about cleaning a 2000 SF house in 2 hours and the price was hefty, but in the end, we were very pleased with the results. She even cleaned the window sills outside.

Will be using again in the near future.
