The primary owner, James Carr, proved to be an exceptional arborist and professional. He anticipated my needs and made appropriate suggestions, provided a clearly layed out invoice, and maintained good communication with me during the entire process. He and his 2-man crew arrived on time and made sure that the equipment (wood chipper, etc.) was safely parked and demarcated on the street. They worked diligently for 8 hours, as projected, accomplishing everything they had planned. They cleaned up all of their work and charged me exactly what was estimated. Mr. Carr answered all of my questions, was very open and transparent about the process, and offered additional advice on suitable plants for my yard and their care. It must have been one of the hottest days of that year, but he and his crew maintained a great attitude and did an excellent job.
