Dale came by for the initial estimate and was very patient, insightful and knowledgeable. We chose the framing color for the screens as well as the type of screen. I really appreciate that the process wasn't rushed. Dale understood our desire to keep the integrity of our 1922 Craftsman windows. He gave a fair and reasonable quote (the lowest of all of our estimates), as all of the windows needed screens. After we decided to accept their estimate ($604.13) , Dale quickly made a follow-up appt for the installation. Beautiful screens went up within a week. Thank you, Dale! Side note: After the install, Dale realized that he had left off a couple of windows from our quote, but he stood by the initial estimate. The company's integrity and honesty was impressive. Highly recommend!!

Originally, the replaced the screen on the screen door. The did a very good job, so I had they replace the screened area of my patio. They did a very nice job and I am very happy with their work

They measured the spaces to replace the doors and then they told me that if I ordered the doors, it would take at least six weeks to receive the items. The first problem is that the door were received, but they failed to notify me as soon as they arrived. When I called regarding the doors, they found that they had the doors. Th next problem was arranging my budget to pay for them. They came when I requested them to come. They arrived and went to work. They finished the job before 2 p.m. They also cleaned up the site so it was better that it was before.

The time frame was that we called them on Thursday Feb. 5 for an appointment on Sat Feb. 7. The owner came and showed catalogs and I made the payment for the doors. He explained that he would call his supplier and order the doors. When the doors arrived, he called me and scheduled the appointment to come and put them in. He also called the day before and gave me more exact time that he would be here to do the work. The work was completed and they cleaned up not just around the area of the door jars, but on the front porch as well. Both my tenants and myself were totally pleased with the work and the clean up that was done.

My son dealt with them directly, and I was very happy with the final product. They look like they will last a long time, and they work well. I have bought ready made ones from home improvement stores in the past, and they always fall apart. It was worth the money.
