She and her team staged a very successful two-day Open House that attracted hundreds. She kept me up to date on matters and she answered my questions as they arose. And when I received so many offers for the property, she worked hard to pare them down to the two best ones. Amazingly, the house sold for cash for more than it listed and in a little over a week’s time. I couldn’t have gotten it all done without her. Fleming is a gem!
