The Sofa Company - Pasadena

Badly. when i ordered replacement sofa cushions the company repeatedly lost my order and I had to follow up via email on multiple occasions. After several months I got an email indicating they were ready. When I went to pick them up they were the wrong size so I had to wait for them to be recut. Today I went into the store to order new slipcovers. I was told, very rudely, that they could not sell them by themselves. The woman i spoke to suggested that I try and convince someone in the office to make an exception. However, another woman behind the counter said they would not do so. I asked if they had any recommendations for where I could order some new slipcovers, and was told, in a very condescending voice, that perhaps I should go to a mom and pop. Interestingly, nobody even suggested or attempted to assist me with selecting new furniture, so I left. however, I'm baffled by the fact that I could buy a slipcovered sofa, but not a replacement set of slipcovers. Additionally the quality was not good if they only lasted 5 years.
