Jen rented out my home quickly and professionally but gave the attention my property needed to find the perfect new tenant. She came through on her promise to fill my vacancy in thirty days or less and I didn't have to pay her a penny until the lease was signed. Compared to a large real estate corporation she offers competitive rates without the extras and binding contracts. She gave me suggestions on renovations, photographed the space, handled all the marketing, inquiry calls, showings and did all the paperwork. She checked in with me once a week to keep me in the loop but all I had to do was approve the tenant and sign the lease. I will definitely be using the rentalgirl.com for all my future vacancies!
