Since teaming up in May 2012, The Berns Team has assisted over 300 families with their move. We are creating “magic” in the sale of our client’s homes, obtaining results and revenue which are unparalleled by other agents. Our plan is specific and clear in how we sell our clients homes. Having grown up in the San Gabriel Valley (La Canada & Pasadena), and currently residing in Monrovia, The Berns Team uses their deep seeded knowledge to assist the sale of every listing.

The Berns Team did it again! When my husband's job required us to sell our house in Glendora and move west, I had no doubt The Berns Team wouldn't just sell my home, they would get me the most amount of money in the least amount of time. In 10 days, we received over 20 OFFERS and sold WAY above list price. They also helped us when it was time to purchase in Santa Clarita. PHENOMENAL WORK AND PEOPLE.

Jason and Laura and their team did a spectacular job for us. We moved out of the house (and out of state) on the 28th of November, the Berns team moved in like an army and handled painting, carpet replacement and cleaning, landscaping, staging and photography. They "launched" the house less than 2 weeks later on the 9th of December. Their "10 day blitz" yielded 9 offers on the 19th of December - 8 of which were over list price! We opened escrow on the 21st and closed on the 30th of December! We couldn't be happier with the process and outcome. Jason and Laura's spirit of helping and serving gave us such confidence and peace throughout this process. This was especially valuable to us being so far away. We can highly recommend the Berns Team without reservation.
