Sunny partially diagnosed my problems by phone. Although I initially wanted them to come to my office, Sunny encouraged me to bring my computer to the shop. The additional memory has definitely speeded up my computer. They spent hours trying to fix the problems with my Norton anti-virus program. When they didn't succeed, they reduced the price and gave me a free disk for 12 months service with another anti-virus program.

SYSCO IS A PERFECT COMPUTER PROBLEM-SOLVER. EVEN THOUGH MY COMPUTER IS 7 YEARS OLD, THEY ARE ALWAYS ABLE TO FIX IT. AND EVEN THOUGH I AM A COMPLETE COMPUTER DUMMY, THEY HAVE NEVER MADE ME FEEL STUPID.
