Paul came on time, pointed out things I didn't know (such as, the new heater I wanted is basically the same as the one I have now, so why pay to have him install something "new" only to end up in the same place I started!), and as a result I changed my original project to something else that made more sense. Even though he only came out to do an assessment, he asked me if I wanted him to clean the fan, and when I said yes, he made time to do it. He also looked up in the crawl space and did somethng to analyze the circuitry. Other electricians just listened to my plan and came up with a price without checking out anything. I was very happy with Paul's process, because due to his gathering information,I knew he was making recommendations on facts and not on suppositions. He has a lot of energy, is very upbeat, and is knowledgeable. I asked him to come back to fix a code violation that I didn't know I had and to do a few other things as well.
