Old stains came out of upholstery, headliner, and headrests.
The owner did not remember the price that we agreed upon.
What I recall is that the work was excellent and worth every dollar.

It has been 6 months since we detailed your car and this is the first that I have heard about your situation so I'm not only shocked but would definitely like to see what happened. Once again, I do apologize for your experience, it's not reflective of our company, how we do business, or how are employees conduct themselves. The car detailing was a Christmas present to my son. I called last week and spoke with Gabe. We scheduled a time for the guys (Kory, Ricky and Robert) to come out. Kory called about a half hour or so before arriving at the agreed upon time to let me know they were on their way. Upon arrival, they quickly went to work, erecting a tent over the car for shade. They went about their business and were done in about 3 hours. Kory asked me to inspect the care before paying. Wow! The car sparkles. The exterior of the car is as smooth as silk. The place I check is the space between the front seats and the car doors. The guys at the car wash never vacuum or clean there. The radio buttons, the turn signal and the steering wheel are now gunk free. The car looks and is beautifully clean. Now, I have to schedule a time for our own car. Great job and very pleasant to deal with.
Almost forgot. I asked Kory if he could clean the headlights of our Mercury Milan. They get cloudy and blurry looking. Kory cleaned them and they look clear and clean. Very nice job.
