Their professionalism and their quality of work make them memorable!

We'd used this company before. Their knowledge and workmanship are good and they are very nice people, but their rates are now significantly over those of the competition. Two years prior, Miller had trimmed the same trees, plus many more, for $2,304.00. This time, they didn't trim all the trees that had been trimmed two years earlier. Though they trimmed FEWER TREES THAN LAST TIME, the new price was $3,993--173% of the charge for the prior trim (i.e., 73% more for trimming fewer trees).

From the initial contact to the final service, Miller Tree did a great job.

They always do a fabulous job of taking care of our live oak tree. Their prices are reasonable considering the kind of tree it is. If we need any spraying done, they take care of the oak tree for us. They are a little expensive, but we have to consider the kind of tree they are dealing with. They are picky and nobody wants to hurt an oak tree.

The crew was excellent-they worked quickly, were very organized, and cleaned up very thoroughly. The price was very fair. The experience would have been a "A" except for the company's lack of communication. I made my appoint two weeks in advance and then confirmed it a few days before. When the crew did not show up in the morning as promised (I had stayed home from work to let them in my yard and my neighbor's), I called and was told they were at another site working a big job that had been on the schedule for a month. The crew arrived at my house at 1:00 pm and was able to complete half the work (great job, immaculate clean up, very courteous). I called the office to see if I could schedule the remaining work when it was convenient for me (they still needed access to my neighbor's yard and I had to go to work), but the receptionist could only give Mr. Miller a message to call me. He did return the call, which I missed, and told me that the crew would return at 7:30 am the next morning. I tried to return the call several times within an hour of when he called, but the phone just rang and there was no voice mail. The office was closed and would not be open until 8:00 am, so I was forced to take the morning of the next day off. Though I left a message on the office voice mail, no one acknowledged it. Bottom line-awesome work, good pricing, but very poor scheduling and communication from the office.

They are excellent. They keep you on a list so you don't have to continually call them. They will send you a note when it is time. They will drive by and stop to look at trees to see if everything is okay. They are excellent and they really know what they are doing with trees, especially with mine, because they are very old. They are licensed arborists.

I think they did a pretty good job all in all. I did have to supervise where I wanted the shrubs trimmed. They were sort of going around the yard cutting the wrong thing the wrong way at first. I did have to call them back since they overlooked a few things. They did come back out with no problem. The good part was it ended up only taking a few hours so they adjusted the bill to reflect that.

They arrived on time and they were very efficient. All in all they did a good job, the trees looked good and were now very safe from falling limbs.

Mr. Miller is very knowledgeable and was able to recommend a treatment to attempt to save two large Deodar Pines, which looked to be dying. The price was fair, and the workers were on time and thorough.

Family owned business. Jim (father) gave reasonable price, with a good explanation of how palm would be removed. Crane and grinder were important tools for safe and total removal. Location of palm was very close to residences. Scheduling accommodated to our preferences. Rod (son) called day prior removal of palm. Arrived on time next day. Removed palm, cleaned, and hauled away in a timely manner. Five workers did a commendable job. Very happy with job!! They take care of business!!

THEY WERE NEAT, CLEAN AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND FINISHED IN ONE DAY. BECAUSE OF A STORM, THEY HAD TO RESCHEDULE. THEY WERE PLEASANT AND FINISHED IN A TIMELY MANNER.
