Raffi was prompt and he and his associate cleaned all of my windows inside and out, some on the second floor. They hosed down all of the screens. Raffi even cleaned all my indoor mirrors without me requesting it and without charging me extra. Raffi offered to replace some damaged screens which I will take him up on at my next window cleaning appointment.
I was very pleased with the services and price.
I really don?t like writing bad reviews, but this is important. My wife found and hired this service to wash the windows of our home. She was at home when the work was done, but unfortunately did not closely monitor them. When I got home I immediately noticed almost a dozen obvious horizontal scratches across one of our picture glass windows. These were not light scratches either ? they were deep enough to catch fingernails and destroyed the view out that window. After further investigation I found similar scratches on eight other windows. We contacted Rafi to give him a chance to make things right, but he refused and didn?t even offer a refund. I suppose I?m not surprised as the estimated cost to repair the damage (the glass needs to be replaced) is almost two thousand dollars, but the lack of integrity is still disappointing.
