We purchased quite a number of desk furniture items from them five years ago. Their prices were decent and the quality was very good. We never had to take anything back with the exception of this occasion with the chair. This free repair job saved us from having to buy two new chairs. We were quite pleased with the outcome.

WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD TAKE TEN WEEKS FOR DELIVERY. IT WAS DELIVERED IN FOUR WEEKS. THE DELIVERY PEOPLE CALLED AHEAD AND SET UP A TIME. THEY WERE ON TIME AND WERE VERY COURTEOUS.
