They were fabulous. I can?t tell you how good they were and I used to work in that industry, for a window manufacturer. And these guys were good and clean. They were in and out when they said they would be. I was astonished how good they were. I could not say enough good stuff about them. Like I said I used to work in the same business and I was prepared for any kind of screw up you can have. I was very pleased with their performance and their product. I knew that they that will be one of the most expensive. Subsequently, I expected great service and that is what I got. They were very great and clean. They kept us up to date on what they were doing. My husband is incapacitated and so we were here the whole time they were doing the job. They did one room at a time which was very considerate.

It was an awesome experience. The quality of the work that was done stood out as well as how the window looks. The actual installation was just out of this world. Every time I look at my window, I just want to cry because it is so beautiful.

The price was expensive, but I think the product warrants the expense. It think Pella is great. They are double pane and everything is really nice. They went in well and the installation was great. The doors are working out well so far. My interaction with Pella was fine. The sales staff was great; she was very helpful in helping us decide what we really wanted to put in. It was really good. I would recommend them to anybody.

They have done work for us 3 separate times. I wouldn't have hired them back if I didn't like them the first time. I have a gorgeous new door. It was more than I ever want to pay for a door again. It works. They are expensive but you definitely get the quality for the price.

I had double paned windows installed. I choice their least expensive line. Of course the quality is not as good as their higher priced models, but for the price I am very happy with what I got.

Work was done on-time and in a completely expert and professional manner.
Quality and speed of work was excellent, including dealing with a couple unusual areas.
Only problem was with one window which was built to the wrong size by the factory and had to be re-ordered.
Work was coordinated with a couple other contractors so that there were no delays or problems.
A very slight damage was discovered afterward on the trim of one of the windows and this was corrected promptly with no difficulty.
A definite plus was that all dealings were directly with the manufacturer starting with the Pella showroom, including a Pella salesperson (she was really excellant and was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with) and following up with the Pella installers, thus eliminating any independent dealer or 3rd-party contractors.
This made everything go very smoothly.
Only disappointment was that Pella was not able to provide a totally customized kitchen garden window which was needed because of the tiled countertop extending out into the existing window unit. This had to be left undone for a future project. (None of the other dealers contacted were able to do this either.)
