PASADENA STONE & TILE DESIGN

The overall experience was very bad(despite some very helpful employees). The problem was the owner and her sr. mgr. Order was suppose to arrive within 1 to 2 weeks. My decision to work with Pasadena Stone and Tile had a lot to do with the timing. Due to manufacturer, the tile was delayed significantly, however, my problem has to do with how the situation was handled. They did not keep me posted on order. I had to keep calling. The items could have been shipped in a more costly, yet, speedy method. They would not do this. I expressed that some consideration in price should be extended due to the costs I was incurring as a result of the delay. There was none. Lastly, I have never been treated so rudely by anyone in my life then by the owner and sr. mgr. My wife and I were yelled at, insulted, and called names in the showroom by the sr. mgr. (in public). No excuse for this. I can honestly say, it was the most shocking experience I have ever had with a vendor.
