James made a concerted effort to evaluate the relative urgency of repairs & explained what were unnecessary expenses, & presented the options with their associated potential costs. Since we were experiencing high electric bills we decided to call up these guys. James came out and gave us an estimate and initially we thought the cost was too high. I truly feel he looks out for the client & is concerned with providing quality work & customer satisfaction. Labor & materials costs were very reasonable!  Little did we know about insulation costs! After 3 other estimates that were 25 to 50% higher, we called our friends recommendation back. James came back out (at no charge) and said he could be there the next day. He and Chris blew in the Green Fiber stuff and were done in one day. Very professional. Cleaned up everything. Even had extra tools to fix my fence while the machine was running. We will definitely be calling them for our new house in LA once we get our tax return!
