She let me know that everything was going well. My cat was great and everything was left clean and tidy.I have booked for the Holiday. I feel relieved to have found Pasadena Pet Sitters.

She is great.  She has my house key and the alarm code.  She can be scheduled (I just email her) ahead of time or, if she's available, fairly last minute in an emergency.  She is completely reliable and my dog loves her.  She always leaves a note (including whether or not my dog pooped on his walk).

Great experience. Julie came to our house on last minute notice to meet our doggies (who are our kids). They instantly liked her and were very comfortable with her. Julie sent a text to let us know that all was good after the first visit. We would very much recommend Julie - she loves the doggies and takes great pride in her job. We are appreciative of her and recommend her!!

I met Julie and she is such a responsible and loving person. I can email her at the last minute that I need to go out of town and I know my 15-year old dog will be in good hands. She will be fed, potted, and loved on by Julie and I always receive a hand-written card telling me how each visit went. I highly recommend Pasadena Pet Sitters! I am so grateful that Angie's List recommended them.

Julie is gentle and patient with my dogs (one is a little loud mouth) and they love it when she comes to visit them; she usually texts me with who did what and where each is (indoors/outdoors) after she leaves.  She's an excellent service provider.

My dog loves her. It's so user-friendly. I just email her if I'm stuck at work, or if I know ahead of time, and give her the time. The first time I met her I gave her the house key and the alarm code, I trusted her so much, and I've never had any trouble. She leaves me a note with details every time. It's just so nice to be able to email someone to go take your dog out of the house. It makes it possible to keep my dog and my job at the same time. She's very reasonably priced, and she'll bring in the mail and leave the lights on if I need. I would be devastated if she told me she was moving to a different city.

She came over twice a day to give my two cats plenty of attention, brought my mail in and watered my garden. No one could have been better

She treats pets like her own and is 100% trustworthy and reliable. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

We have contracted with Julie's service for on-going service.  She is doing a great job.  I recommend Pasadena Pet Service to anyone who leaves their pets for the entire day and wants some peace of mind that they are checked during the day to make sure they are OK.

I have only used her once and everything was great. I went out of town for 10 days and she came over twice before I left to meet my dogs. They were very comfortable with her and so was I. I think she is wonderful. She picks up mail, trash and their manure in addition to visiting with the dogs. I am very pleased.  She also offers dog walking as part of her pet sitting but I did not use that service.

Julie took care of our dog while we were out of town.  She was wonderful.  She made a free preliminary visit to our home; our dog immediately took to her.  She was patient and kind with him, and also took the time to explain her services.  She then walked our dog three times a day, fed him, and took care of our home while we were away (turning on and off lights, etc.).  She left very detailed notes on his behavior while we were gone.  I recommend this service highly!

The very first day Julie came over to walk the dogs, it was thundering and lightning! Both of my dogs are fairly new to my household, so I had no idea how they would react to this kind of weather or how to prepare Julie.. Turns out...both dogs were terrified. Julie went into improvisation mode and figured out ways to draw the dogs out of their fear. When neither of them would follow her outside (and she didn't want to force them - great instincts!), she texted me immediately to give me an update. I texted her later in the day to see if she could try again, and she was ALREADY ON HER WAY BACK! She wanted to make sure the dogs didn't associate her with something as fearful as thunder and wanted to make sure they were able to relieve themselves. When I got home, both dogs were perfectly calm and content. We made an appointment to help further build the dogs' trust in her, and I think we're going to be very happy with her for a long time. It's a HUGE RELIEF to me that I can go to work and be secure in the quality and reliability of my dogs' care while I am away - that's worth its weight in good. I highly recommend Julie!

I picked Julie's because of her prices,  extensive training (including Pet CPR) and my little fur baby, Yamato is just putty in her hands.Our initial interview gave me confidence that this pet sitter/walker is a pro. Her information gathering was extremely thorough. I think she might love my Yamato as much as I do. I loved her notes, written from my dog's perspective, very informative and humorous.  She also will email or text you.She gets my highest recommendation.
