Sandy at Pasadena Kitchens is the most knowledgeable, helpful, intelligent, caring, appliance sales/service person with whom I have ever worked. Both she and their repair technician, Greg, are the very, very best in the business! They go above and beyond, and I have never seen better repair people. Please support them, not the "big box" stores that rarely provide good service. Kristin (who has spent her life as a teacher)

The work was done well and on time. they even had a good solution for venting our dryer, which is located in the garage.

Great! Sarah was so responsive and they managed to squeeze me in the day I called. Communication was great. Jose did a perfect job on the installation. The price was extremely reasonable. I couldn't have been more pleased.

Found them on Yelp.   Went to see them and described our needs (space that Sears said needed an ADA style dishwasher).  Sarah was very helpful and suggested that she have her installer go out and measure to figure out what would actually fit.   He came out that same day and let her know that a standard dishwasher would work fine (and provided the dimensions).  He told us that worst case he would need to trim down some of the tile to get it to slide in.    Because we originally had a standard dishwasher before Sears had sold us an ADA Bosch when their installer said the standard one would not fit, this information confirmed our hunches that Sears is not what it used to be.
We selected a Kitchen Aid dishwasher (super quiet) that Sarah then immediately ordered (price was very competitive) and scheduled delivery and installation for about a week later.    Once the dishwasher was installed, we discovered that the installer had not fastened it to the counter top adequately so it could tip.   We called Sarah and she immediately arranged for another of her installers to come out and fix the problem, as we were getting close to Thanksgiving and wanted to be sure we had a working dishwasher!   the installer came out even after a very long day and quickly fixed the problem.
We will definitely use Pasadena Kitchens again when we need appliances.

This is a family owned business that I have been dealing with for years. I have a lot of rental properties and they are always easily accessible for my appliance needs. I have used them for things in my own home as well. I think the service is great and their prices are awesome.

THEY COULD HAVE GIVEN ME THE OPTION OF BUYING THE PART AND CHANGING IT MYSELF. THEY WERE HERE FIVE TO TEN MINUTES WHEN THEY CAME TO REPLACE THE PART. THEY WERE QUICK AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

I FIND THAT WHEN I CALL THEM THEY COME OUT RIGHT AWAY YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT WEEKS OR DAYS TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. THEY CAME AS SOON AS THEY COULD. I HAVE A BUSY SCHEDULE, THEY WERE ABLE TO WORK WITH MY SCHEDULE AND THEIR SCHEDULE TO FIND THE TIME THEY CAME OUT. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE APPLIANCE SINCE. THEY SHOWED ME WHAT WAS WRONG AND WHY THE NOISE WAS THERE, THEY LEFT ME THE PARTS THAT WERE NOT WORKING. I UNDERSTOOD WHY I WAS HAVING THE PROBLEM AND THEY CHARGED ME A FAIR PRICE.

THEY CAME IN EVERYDAY FOR 5 DAYS. THINGS WERE MESSY. THEY WERE NOISY BUT VERY POLITE. IT COST A LOT, BUT WAS WORTH IT.
