Freezer wasn't working at capacity to keep food items completely frozen. Technician inspected it and said that the condenser was completely clogged. He used a wire brush to clean it and vacuumed up the accumulation of dust and lint. He showed "before" and "after" photos. The freezer is now functioning as it should

The service person, Aaron, found the problem immediately, gave me my options and removed the obstruction. The company was courteous and professional from Nicole on the telephone, to Aaron, in all interactions. They gave me a window of time and called 20 minutes before the service person was to arrive. I requested service on 11/01/17 and service was completed 11/02/17.

The company kept me informed about the tech's arrival time, which was well within the promised time frame. He was very informative about the cause of the problem and about the unit in general. The work was done quickly and flawlessly - the unit now works perfectly. Also, the cleanup was very thorough, which I appreciated.

Aaron was very professional and patient. He did a great job of explaining how the new HE washers work, and showed us as well. We were happy with this service call.

I had a dryer that wouldn't start. The dryer is about a dozen years old, so I was assuming that repair could be a bit of a pricey proposition. I had some problems booking an appointment online so I did it the old fashioned way and called in. I was able to get an afternoon appointment a couple of days later. The diagnosis didn't take long; within about a half hour, the repairman had completely taken the dryer apart, tested every item and diagnosed the problem which turned out to be a blown motor and bearing; not a cheap repair. He clearly explained the problem, told me what it would cost to repair and gave me a chance to think about what I wanted to do. I decided to make the repair. He ordered the parts and said that the dispatcher would make a new appointment once the parts came in. A few days later, I got a call and a new appointment date. The repair was done relatively quickly and professionally. The repairman was knowledgable, friendly, and professional. No upsells; just an honest diagnosis and assessment of the problem. I would absolutely hire this company again to repair an appliance.

Technicians came on 2 occasions (initial call and a follow up because of a part on order). Both visits were on-time. Service was prompt, the technicians seem knowledgeable, including offering tips to solve small issues rather than selling additional services (ex: how to maintain the gasket rather than telling us we needed a replacement.)

I explained that the dryer worked only periodically.  He determined that the dryer door wasn't connecting with the latch but didn't have a replacement latch.  He ordered the part and returned on another day to install it.

They came round the day I called, gave me a 3-hour window, called to let me know he was on the way, came exactly when supposed to.  Archie was very pleasant, efficient and informative.  He fixed the problem quickly and demonstrated that the dryer was working properly.

Archie was an exceptional technician. He said he's been at it for twenty five years. His experience really showed. He was very pleasant and explained everything to us in detail. We couldn't have been more satisfied. He even recommended another more reliable brand if we should ever be in the market to replace the unit we had. I was in a customer service oriented profession before retiring, so I know a little about providing good service to clients. Archie missed no marks in informing us of our problem. I wouldn't hesitate to use his service again.

I called the morning of 10/27 and the receptionist was very helpful. She gave me a same day appointment, Within a few hours the Tech Aaron came and repaired our refrigerator. The Tech was very professional and friendly. We were extremely happy with their
