Well as I said, everything went great. I setup a delivery date but my refrigerator die 3 days before the delivery. I left placed an urgent call to Pacific Sales the night before the store opened and they did return my call. I explained that my refrigerator was dying and I needed to changed the date of delivery to the next day! They said they needed to do some checking and would return my call. They needed to make sure it was possible to delivery the refrigerator that day. They call back with the time of delivery for that day and I was one and quot;happy camperand quot;. They even offered to remove the old refrigerator but I had already made arrangements to have a recycle pick-up.

Last year I bought a refrigerator from them that was exactly what I wanted. This year, I bought a dryer from them. I am so confident with these guys that I bought the dryer over the phone without even looking at it. I told them what I wanted and they told me what they got in stock and described it. I asked them to deliver it and they did it the next day.
