Moments before we were heading to the hospital to have our baby, our washing machine started dumping out water and a foul smell came up through our kitchen sink. What timing! A placed a call to Nick at 9pm and left him a message pleading for him to send someone out first thing in the morning, not wanting our in-laws stuck with the problem. Nick sent someone out first thing in the morning and came back himself to finish the job later that day. He was courteous and competent. Perhaps what I appreciate most about Nick is that it wasn't until now, when I was asked to fill in how much he charged did I realize we hadn't even paid him! With all of the activity of a new baby and him not pressuring us, I just forgot! I called him to ask how much the fee was and apologize for being so late, but he was more interested in congratulating me on our new arrival. Who gives this kind of service anymore?

Nick's Plumbing was able to get us a great discount because our system was still under warranty. He went out and found the new system that we needed and was able to save us a lot of money. He only charged us for the house call which was great.
