Brian was extremely professional, intelligent, and thorough.
His price was also lower than bigger "known name" companies.

Overall, the job went well. Brian has inspected our house in the past and controlled termite infestations. Since more dry rot was uncovered during this job, the length of time required to repair and replace the wood expanded during the job. This would certainly frustrate some, but our home is a California contemporary with intricate woodwork exposed to the elements. Brian always kept us appraised of the situation and clearly explained the problems that he uncovered all the while explaining alternative solutions.
