When I initially called, based on previous reviews, he answered his phone even though it was a weekend day and he wasn't at work. Gave an estimate over the phone based on carpet size. Final price matched estimate. Picked the carpets up a couple days later, at scheduled time. Carpets delivered in less than a week. Looked great. Good communication via texts. I would have more carpets cleaned here.

They were fine. I liked the design and their prices were okay.

Provider is honest, very flexible, punctual and knowledgeable. They picked up the soiled carpets exactly on time from one address and delivered as promised to another address with no problems. They moved furniture to remove soiled carpets and offered to move furniture again to install at new location.
Cleaning was excellent. Only one small spot which they voluntarily pointed out they could not remove after several attempts.
Services may be a little pricey [new pads were $348.50 and cleaning was $510.50 and tax was $77.00], but worth it.

Came to my house to view and pick-up the rugs, gave an estimate. Returned the rugs 3 weeks later and set them up in my home.
Harry is very personable, courteous and professional. The final price was reasonable given the size of the rugs. I would definitely purchase a rug from him and use his services again.

I had a good experience with Messerian Oriental Rugs. They had it awhile, to do the repairs. It appeared to be a family business. They seemed pretty honest. I got different quotes and he was kind of a mid-range one. His price was reasonable. They don't do repairs. They send it out to a different company or someone comes in their business to do it. He texts messages if something is ready to pick up.

Because the rug was in another part of the house, I didn't realize the extent of the pet damage. When I saw what the cats had done and how bad it was, I was heartbroken: the rug is a nice little Karastan, not fabulously valuable, but good quality, and it was a gift from my mother many years ago. I spoke to Mr. Messerian on the phone and told him about the problem and when I brought the rug over to the store, he appeared distressed to tell me that he didn't think it would be worth the money to clean it because the damage was so extensive. I told him that it had sentimental value and he agreed to do the best he could.
A few weeks later he called and he and his assistant delivered it to the house. Long story short, the rug is back with me now and I'm very pleased. Clearly, he is very knowledgeable, not only about these beautiful works of art, but about their care. This entire process was far more painless than I'd imagined and I highly recommend talking with him when you need to take care of your oriental rugs.
