Margarito Conchas has been painting rental units for me since 2010. His work is excellent and he leaves the job site very clean when he and his crew are finished. Mr. Conchas is reliable and is on the job when he says he will be. He has also been very helpful in taking care of small handyman jobs in addition to the painting.

On the interior he washes all the woodwork and bathrooms and kitchen before painting-he also covers everything -does all the repairs
