1. Communication--frequently communicated with us; explained the process of selling the house, negotiating with buyers, and what counter-offers to make.
2. Representation: Norma clearly represented our interests (the sellers) throughout the negotiations and transactions.
3. Advice: Norma provided advice for all decisions and explained why a certain decision would be best for us.
4. Relationships: Norma is able to balance being assertive while maintaining positive relationships and helping us make common sense decisions.

At the end, because she didn't want to drive, she was rather short and became more and more distant and unconcerned.

We wanted to buy a condo for our daughter in Pasadena and choose Norma because of her reviews on Angie's list. We contacted her and she set up several properties to view while we were in town. She listen to what we were looking for and found several appropriate listings. We put an offer on a loft she showed us and helped negotiate the sale. The seller wanted a fast escrow (10 days) so with Norma's very professional management she supplied us with all the answers to the different questions that arose about the property in a timely manner. Escrow closed on time and we found the perfect home for our daughter. We would highly recommend Norma to others.
