They're very good. The staff is always very friendly and professional. They're usually pretty punctual, which is a big deal. You never know which dentist you're going to see. Some people might not like that, but I don't really mind because they all do a good job. They're all good.

I have been a patient with them for about 3-4 years now. The staff and hygienists are all “A.”

They’re really good.  They are a good company.  They’ve been really good for me and I’ve have them for many years.  They are constantly updating their equipment and knowledge about care.  I know that whenever I go there, I’m going to get good service and also get the right treatment, and get an understanding of what dental care should be like.  They are very friendly and easy to deal with.  They’re very up to date on things like sending me messages about when my appointments are coming up and letting me know about various things.  They are just on top of it and so I would recommend them for sure.  They’re really good.  If there were any problems I would not have gone back.  I’ve been going to them for over ten years.

I have been going to Dr. Mak's office, although I've seen several different dentists who work there, for several years. The office is very punctual, very busy (a good sign) and very professional. I have tried several other dentists in the area, both before going to Dr. Mak's office and, later, just once, when my insurance plan got switched. My experience is that every other dentist wants to sell you unnecessary, painful and costly services - - but not Dr. Mak. When I told my dentist at Dr. Mak's office what the other dentist from somewhere else recommended, he said it was nonsense. Trust me, you won't save money going to a lesser dentist, even through an HMO plan, if they scare you into buying expensive, uncovered services to make money. I'll never go anywhere else again. The dentists at Dr. Mak have my highest recommendation.
