Bringing to the table over twenty years of experience, Lightfoot Studios is a full service licensed, insured and bonded general contracting firm. While specializing in turn of the century restoration and period building, our main criteria for projects is that we do nice work for nice people. Our list of subcontractors contains many second and third generation craftsmen in their trade, most with twenty years experience or more. Working together, we craft each project with attention to detail as well as displaying great care and concern for our clients, their neighborhoods, and the environment. One of our favorite things about Scott has been his willingness to work around our schedules and general flexibility. When you're managing these kinds of projects with two very small children, the value of that flexibility can't be underestimated.
Although he's becoming a little more well-known (and thus busy), we'd definitely work with him again on our next project.
