The representative, Jordan, came to our home as scheduled and before she began any procedures she walked us through the process. Gave us a detailed explanation of what she was going to do and how she was going to check our daughter. She was very friendly and made our daughter feel relaxed. Through the check she was engaging. Fortunately we where clear of lice, but it was the peace of mind and comfort knowing we were checked. In the Future, I would highly recommend this organization, their knowledge is wonderful and the ability to provide same day service was awesome.
