Mike is very nice and communicative. Finds lower cost solutions where appropriate (often the only practical approach when dealing with an older car). Knows his stuff and much more affordable than dealer service.

I've been going to Mike for several years. He services my 97 Toyota 4runner, my brothers 2010 Sequoia, and my parents' 2005 Lexus. We all agree that this place of business is a superb one.
You rarely find mechanics who are so humble, knowledgeable, and hard-working as Mike so once you find one you tend to stay with them.
I drove in just as the the clutch on my 4runner burned out. I'd been there before so Mike recognized me. He stopped what her was doing for a minute and came right over said hello with a smile and a handshake as he always does and gave my truck a once over. He checked in my keys, looked at his work week, and let me know when he thought he'd get the part and then be able to have the repair done. (Every repair to date that Mike has done for me has been completed on or before his estimated date)
I like Mike on a personal level. But the reasons we take our cars there are specific: 1) He has earned our trust 2) He's always on time 3) He's very thorough 4) HIs prices are fair 5) He provides value

I called Lex Mastertech and they were really helpful with allowing me to tow the car to their shop without even being there. (By AAA). They then called and diagnosed the issue within an hour and the car was ready to pick up by end of day for the amount quoted. Very professional and punctual, which I appreciate in a repair company.

They're very professional, very clean facilities, isn't one to charge you for things you don't need, gives an advance on what your next appointment is going to be like, what your car needed in the future. He was cheaper than the dealer because he used to work for a Lexus dealership but now he has his own business. I was very surprised at how reasonable his price was. He works on mainly Lexuses and Toyotas and he uses all the good parts. He does a great job.
