Mr. Kuttruff is smart, punctual and efficient. We made an appointment, and he arrived right on time. He understood exactly what needed to be done and did it! His fee was much less than I was quoted by another plumber.

He responded promptly, arrived in timely manner.  He is knowledgable, works efficiently and neatly. He is very familiar with the antique plumbing fixtures found in many Pasadena homes.   He is honest, stating directly if something needs to be done which he does not work on.  Have used this provider previously and will definitely use again.

I asked a friend for recommendations for plumbers and she recommended Mr. Kuttruff.  So I called Mr. Kuttruff about a leaky faucet.  He arrived in about 20 minutes!!! and fixed it in literally 30 seconds.  It's a tricky one too because we use Dishmaster and most plumbers never know what to do with it. We've had another problem that other plumbers couldn't fix and it's been driving my husband and I nuts for months.  It's a weird, loud, piercing screech that happens when I do the laundry outside but can only be heard in one bathroom.  It also sometimes comes on when you run other sinks.  After about 30 seconds he figured out that not only was our toilet installed improperly (something called a ball and c***) but that also it was installed in such a way as to waste a lot of water.  In a drought.  I had no idea.  He happened to have this part as well in his truck.  Then he only charged $120 for both.  I am so grateful and I will use him from now on.

After contacting another angie's List provider who came out and didn't really act like they wanted to be there and made an excuse as to why they couldn't fix the situation, Doug was there on time fixed it on the spot and was clean, professional and courteous.

I called on a sunday, late in the afternoon, because the dishwasher sprung a leak. He answered the phone on the first ring. He has been there every time I have called him, and responds to my home immediately. It takes me very little time to explain what I need and he knows exactly what to do and what the solution should be. There is no smalltalk or waffling. He gets right to business, and is done very quickly. I have been calling him for possibly 2 to 3 years, albeit be it rarely, and each time the work is fantastic, reliable, never requires a repeat call, and is affordably priced. I will continue to use him and highly recommend him. Dont let the price shock you, it was late in the afternoon Sunday as I've stated previously, and he was here within about 10 minutes and done within 15 minutes.

Doug answered the phone early (7:00 am) on a holiday and was able to schedule me for an appointment later in the morning.  This was critical - as I only have one bathroom in my home.  He came when he said he would and efficiently solved the problem.  Polite and friendly.  In addition, he adjusted my water pressure from the outside valve at no additional charged.  I would hire him again.

This was a same day job. Doug showed up on time, with tools in hand and ready to work. Took a look at the problem and within 20 minutes he was done. Glad to have a trustworthy plumber now.

I have used Mr. Kuttruff for several years and am very pleased with his service. He comes on time, his rates are reasonable and he is dressed and acts professionally. He works quickly, so I we get good value for our money. He has been able to handle every plumbing problem we have had.

I called Kuttruff Plumbing because I was trying to fix a leaky toilet at my rental property myself. Unfortunately I was not able to take the mounting nut off to install the complete repair kit that I had purchased.
My call was taken right away and I explained the situation and Mr. Kuttruff, the owner. He said he could be there within 15 minutes and the service call was quoted $96. He was there in time and got started on the toilet. Within less that 10 minutes he said he was done. I looked at the toilet and noticed that he only installed half of the repair kit. When I questioned him, he said I did not need that and it would be a waste of time to install it.
Although he fixed the leaking toilet, I had hired him to install the entire repair kit which he did not do. I paid him the $96 dollars for the 10 minute work but was upset with myself because I did not insist that he install the entire kit.
