Over a period of about a month, Teri showed us a wide variety of homes.  We met almost daily to view different properties. 
 She narrowed down the choices as she figured out our priorities. After researching comps and assessing the market, Teri helped us make an offer that was accepted almost immediately. Love my new home!

Teri's professional and friendly manner always made her a pleasure to deal with. Her responsiveness was close to amazing at times. Facing a purchase deadline we decided on the spur of the moment that it would be a good  idea to consult with a contractor about some changes we were considering. Teri immediately made a phone call and an excellent contractor was at the door within the hour to answer our questions.  We were very happy that we chose Teri to help us purchase our property and we recommend her without hesitation to any other prospective buyers or sellers.

Teri is awesom. We looked at houses for over a year until we found our dream home. She showed us countless houses during that time and she walways had a smile on her fave and worked tirelessly keeping us updated on new listings she thought we would be interested in. During the sale of our former residence she was incredible, with lots of marketing and many offers over asking in less than a week on the market! Teri is great!
