We are a licensed and insured, Eco-friendly green cleaning company that cares about the homes we service. From the $10 million dollar homes we've cleaned, to a cozy studio apartment, we stand by our work 100% to make sure you are completely satisfied! As family-run business, Jeremy & Mariko Wang Cleaning services San Marino, Pasadena, Arcadia, and surrounding areas. We currently only specialize in move-out cleanings, and are not offering regular cleaning services. We use eco-friendly, pet-friendly, and child-safe products. Our vacuum cleaners use HEPA air filters to trap in more dust, and our microfiber mops and rags will ensure that your home will be spotless

Jeremy responded very quickly to my voice mail and called me back within a few hours. However, he told met that they were going on a long vacation and then said that they were closing the business. He said he just uploaded the information to his website and I must have missed it. If this is the case, I think his business should no longer be listed.
I did find another cleaning company on Angie's List and they worked out just fine.

Please excuse me if my wording was inaccurate when speaking with you on the phone, but we did not go on a long vacation, nor are we closing our business. However, our business is temporarily closed until about mid-October due to personal family circumstances that we must take care of. This cleaning business is the livelihood of my wife and I, and we value customers such as yourself. As stated on our website, we will be temporarily closed until mid-October, and will plan on being back in business after that. Thank you for your understanding."

Initial review of the house was very good but later I noticed the baseboards around the house were not cleaned. But overall I was very pleased with their work.
Jeremy and Mariko told me to call them if they missed anything, but I elected to do the job myself.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. Jeremy was very easy to talk to on the phone when setting up the appointment. He arrived in the time window that we discussed and even called to let me know he was on his way. We went over everything that I wanted to have cleaned and he jumped right in and got started. He was great to be around and was very courteous to my elderly mother and stopped what he was doing to go and introduce himself and shake her....beyond impressed with him! I was busy doing other things so I didn't pay attention to how long he took but it seemed like he finished the job in no time and it looked absolutely fabulous! I would definitely use this couple's services again and look forward to having them come clean my whole house on a regular basis.

Wonderful service! Nice people.
Jeremy and Mariko were punctual, and came out to clean my house right away. Seems like after talking to them, they do a lot of cleaning work for different Real Estate agents.
We are moving, and just had our house remodeled, so Jeremy and Mariko came in to clean our windows, as well as the regular house cleaning to get it ready before we put it on the market.
So fortunate to have met such a nice and honest young couple!
Would recommend them to anyone looking to get their house cleaned.
