Description of Work: the owner of this company came to our house gave us a estimate and also brought his designer who we paid $900.00 plus so far took our plans in the early stages to the city of pasadena planning company and that cost was addtional price of $414.00.at this time we are waiting to here from the city with the go ahead we decided that it would not be good for us to go with this contracter because he has several things against him such as he's not bonded , has has no workers comp insurance because he has no employees and no insurance and also if you check with the california state contractors site it will confirm all of this and he has several actions against him he gives you a estimate and then he changes the cost he was telling us about floaters so he really doesn't give a honest price and all we wanted was to add under 50sqfeet .We were told by him that the reason he doesn't have bond insurance was that he was shopping around .either his bond are liscense expire nov 10th 2011 and thats on angies list.We have been looking for almost two years and most not all but most don't have liscense.are want us to do a big project so they can get more money those people we don't trust not at all (all this information was found on the state board of contractors)about no insurance,no bond etc
