Poorly. I had used JM several times with varying degrees of problems but on this day they chose to deliver an expensive arrangement that was well past its prime. When I called to complain, the staff and management could have cared less about what they delivered and attempted to waive it off as a casualty of the popularity of their company.

It was a very easy transaction. I visited their website to get an idea of what I wanted and called ahead to place the order. The woman I spoke to was helpful with suggestions of what was fresh and new to include and had it ready when I stopped by to pick it up.
