JK Volvo provides exemplary service.  I do not use the word 'exemplary' lightly and the reason is as follows. IF and WHEN my car does need a repair, it does in fact require that service. The honestly and forthright integrity of the owner of JK allow anyone using their services to feel that they've been treated with honesty, respect and total professionalism. These are people who have no trouble telling you that an item may need repair but not at the moment-if it can wait, they say so. All anyone wants is that type of honesty. I can recall several instances where they went over and above the call of duty to diagnose and fix a tricky issue with my car.
 

I have used J K a number of times over the years and Mike and Ron are always professional and very technically knowledgeable. I feel complete confidence in working with them that they will find and fix the problem. I am always given a quote before start of work, and since I work within 5 miles of their shop, a ride into work. When I switched cars from Volvo to Lexus, I was sad that I would not use them as much in the future because they are Volvo specialists. They told me they could work on the car, but would suggest that I head down to a Lexus specialist a few doors away. Wonderful and definitely recommend.

you know you are getting a call to pick up your car.

Playing in the car, my four year-old yanked the rearview mirror out, so I took it to JK Volvo with the mirror dangling down. (I had them replace a broken side mirror about a year ago and they did a fast, fantastic, affordable job.) They looked at it for a few seconds and got to work. Within minutes they had it back in place and didn't want to charge me. When I insisted on paying, the amount was a nominal $20. They also were nice enough to mention that maybe a car isn't the best play place for a four year-old.

They were recommended to me by a gentleman that runs a Volvo parts company. They are very knowledgeable about this specific kind of car because that’s what they’ve been working on. It is a father and son business that has been around for a long time. Because I am a regular customer, they have done things for me like replace the battery in my key for free. Service like that makes you want to go back to them. Their price is still half of what I would pay at a dealership. I will definitely continue using them. I have never had a problem with their work and they have been able to fix other peoples' work.
