Save yourself time and stress and do not work with Matthew Tiffany! We hired him as a consultant to install our social panels and loved the idea that he would take care of all of the communication between the city, the social installers, the roofers, and the finance people. He is a liaison after all. We signed the paperwork with him in June and now, the end of October we have non-functioning social panels on our roof! I repeat: do not hire him! Matthew sent roofers who disagreed with the panel installers to us, which delayed the process. It then became our responsibility to explain to each party what was going on. Matthew was not involved. Then once the panels were actually installed, we were told that the city needed to do the inspections. Matthew has been nowhere to be found. My husband has been on the phone almost daily for the last 3 weeks coordinating with the roofers, then the installers, and now the people (NOT MATTHEW) who contacted the city. Please do yourself a favor and go with one company and not a consultant.
