I contacted them after seeing reviews on yelp and here and since they were local I decided to check them out. I came to the office and right away was put off by the screaming and yelling they did in the office building. They don't close the doors, they were walking around without masks pre-covid vaccine, and didn't seem to care about the people around them. My husband asked me to call anyway to see how they were. They didn't even answer the phone during office hours when i knew they were still in the office. I tried 2 days later and the rude woman who answered put me off even more. It took 3 more days for them to call back and I recognized the voice of the man calling as one of the ones wandering the hall without a mask yelling. He was civil but when i said he would need to wear a mask at all times in the house and would need to take his shoes off at the door, he laughed at me! Honestly I should've never called at all after seeing how they were in their own office, no surprise he was rude when asking to care about his potential clients.
