Extremely unprofessional always late . Paid in full plus an advance for other services, never completed initial job. I have no power in 1 room and lights keep shorting in 2 other rooms. Now Darren does not answer phone calls. Next call is to my Attorney to file against both Angi and Darren Johnson @ Helping hand handyman

"I don't believe that Jerry feels that way because they initially contacted me through Angie's, that job was completed to his and his wife's complete satisfaction and they hired me outside of angels list to do other work they have a really aggressive German Shepherd who I asked repeatedly to be placed outside or in another room Jerry refused to remove the dog walked around with the gun and made me feel completely uncomfortable so I chalked up my losses and I walked away. Any contractor that comes in contact with them should run the other way immediately"

Mr. Johnson is a great Handyman and provides an outstanding service with his family business Helping Hand Handyman. He completed all three projects I had planned (example: he replaced a re-circulating range hood with a new ducted range hood venting to the outside) with quality craftsmanship and got them done in a timely matter at good cost. His expertise and wealth of knowledge also helped to advise me how to plan and do future DIY projects that I want to tackle solo. Overall, a great business that I will keep in my contacts to call upon in the future.
