Company is great and the handyman, John, was outstanding!

In each case, Robert and Dave have been very friendly, punctual, effecient, couteous, and additionally, very helpful in offering tips and advice on a variety of ways to better manage or maintain things around my home. So obviously I would hire them again as I have had them into my home repeatedly so far. I have one omore estimate to have them fulfill but have also seen other things I will be having them estimate and do for me. A tiny biut pricey but worth every penny. (NOTE: The price given below is approximate and is for all the work they have done on 4 separate visits)

We have used them for a couple of things. They did a fine job. They did everything and they were clean. They cleaned up by themselves. There was too much of a gap in stones which I did not like and I complained it to them. They came right back and fixed it to my liking with no questions asked. I thought that was very nice.

Very nice and knowledgeable service provider. We will decided by the 15th if we are going to go through with the service.

They are wonderful! We have worked with them for over 2 years. I have him over to fix something and I think I know what's wrong, but it's really something else that's wrong, and he knows it. He can do anything. He is the best! I happen to know more about his work, and it's just topnotch. I don't normally do this because I don't want to impose on people, but we have actually recommended him to friends. We probably had 4 lawn people over the years and 2 or 3 handymen, but we are not letting Mark go. We are very, very happy. We like his professionalism and friendliness. He is first rate. The price was very reasonable for the size of the project. He hands the leftover materials we credit for. He is very honest about it.

On time, clear communication, follow up, did the work to terms of contract, cleaned-up.

Went very well. Excellent professional looking work. Courteous and friendly. John made alternate suggestion from what i originally requested and it worked out great.

The installation went very well!  The dryer has held up fine since they did the work.  I would use them again!

The projects collectively should have taken a few hours at most but it stretched out over 3 days, and the handyman that was sent for the job never showed up on time (even though he provided the times at which he would show up). 
The quality of the work was average (e.g. the new spray hose is too big for the holder and the metal threshold does not cover the entire width of the doorway).
In short, I received mediocre unreliable service at a high price.  I will not be using this service again.

They were professional, prompt, clean, and A's on everything. I would definitely use them again.

Ted was great. On time, gave an estimate and went over how he reached his figure, showed up on time for the repair work and went about his business. Very professional. Would recommend highly recommend him and will f=definitely keep him in mind for future jobs like this.

They were timely and clean. They were a little pricey, but they did an excellent job. Cleaned everything up when they were done and asked if the work was satisfactory.

Contractor was knowledgeable and very meticulous in order to make us both pleased with he result.  Suggested techniques or options for repairing and improving on the obvious approach, that seemed based on sound judgement and experience.  If he wasn't satisfied with a given result, he re-did it until we were both satisfied.  Obtained some assistance when necessary.  Project duration: approx 10 days.

He's the best handyman on the planet!  I love this guy's work.  His service is awesome, and you'll feel totally comfortable having him in your home.  We've used him a number of times.  He repaired the stone facade on the front of our house that had gotten chipped, and has done plumbing repairs for us as well. I plan on calling him to do more work.  I would never have anyone else--he's that good!

They were fast and efficient, if a little pricey. But I was in a hurry. Hey, 11 years later, the structure is still in great shape.

We hired Handyman Connection's employee, Jay Eckles, to do a full remodel of our master bedroom and bath. I was under the initial impression that he was specialized in tiling. As we later learned, however, this was not the case. Our first problem occurred when Mr. Eckles refused to give me the yellow copy (my copy) of our contract for $2360.00 after it had been signed. He claimed he would give it to us at the end of the job. I knew this was not appropriate (and later learned it said I was entitled to this copy before any work was done on the contract itself), and had to ask Jay repeatedly for two days before he gave it back to me. When he finally gave it back, he had written over the original prices and raised it to $2480.00, claiming the original price was illegible (yeah, right). At this point he was halfway through the work and I didn't feel like arguing over $120.00, so I reluctantly let it slide. As the job progressed, I became more and more disappointed with Jay's smart-aleck and dismissive attitude and utter lack of skill. He practically destroyed my bathroom wall by using a jackhammer to rip old tile off (chunks of wall from the opposite side were falling into my bedroom area), he ripped out our door frame for no reason, and the bathroom was a complete disaster (grout and plaster all over the walls and exterior carpet) by the time he was partially finished with the shower. In addition to this, the actual tile was quite poorly installed and very uneven. He paused the shower job to start on our bathroom floor. We had requested that he use diagonal layout and center the tile (we have a very small, not perfectly rectangular bathroom and were worried about how the layout would appear). Instead, he decided to be thoroughly lazy and line full straight tiles along the tub (which is not parallel to the opposite wall), which left us with straight 12" tiles and crooked lines and little 1/2 inch and 3 inch cuts along the back walls. Additionally, you are supposed to pull the molding off and slide the tile under it, not put it up against the wall and grout it to the wall. Some of the tile was even about 1/2 an inch away from the wall and he was planning to fill it with grout (see pictures). I returned home to see this and just about lost it. In addition to this, he claimed he was in a rush to finish the job and would grout the tile, seal the tile, plaster and sand the walls, prime the walls, paint the walls, finish removing wallpaper, and install all of our fixtures in a 5 hour time-span the following day. Knowing that he would not be capable of doing this, and that wet grout cannot be sealed, I decided it was time to finally put an end to things. I put Jay's tools outside, called him to come get them, and called his boss (John) to alert him to the fact that Jay was officially fired. John wasn't much more helpful. He did come to look at the work, but claimed he thought it "wasn't too bad". He offered to settle for 1200.00 for the shower tile, which I didn't feel was terrible enough to need to be redone. While I agreed at first, I realized today with my new contractor that Jay also damaged our toilet while moving it and poured his dirty grout water into the rear tank while it sat in our tub, leaving a disgusting residue. He also did not appropriately line the front shower wall, and we will have to have it redone after all, as my downstairs neighbor now has water leaking from her walls when we run our water. I have never before experienced such a level of frustration and I think I'm going to end up having to go to court to settle this all around horrible experience. I certainly do not recommend this company and especially do not recommend Mr. Jay Eckles. He is completely unprofessional and incompetent.

Devin worked four days for us, including a Saturday to make up for a day missed while his son was sick. He was very professional and had advice for us to help the job go smoother and the work turn out better. He cleaned up every night, leaving no mess for us to deal with. He was very friendly and patient with my kids, who loved him and followed him around. We were exceptionally pleased with the work and would call Handyman Connection again to have Devin come out and help us anytime.

Overall the quality of the work was excellent. Mark and Dave were very professional and Susie returned all calls promptly. They worked quickly, the workmanship was excellent (as I have already mentioned) and the price was right. I will definitely use them for future projects.

Andrew Clark was the craftsman. They were always punctual and polite. They were great at the electrical work (with the exception of putting an outlet somewhere where it ended up being covered by a cabinet - We probably should have both been more communicative in terms of our kitchen design). Not sooo great with the plumbing. There was a major oversight that we had to have fixed later - the drain pipe was in bad shape and we wish they would have recommended that it be changed rather than not saying anything - as we had to have it swapped out AFTER putting the whole kitchen in. Luckily it was on a side of the house that could be accessed through the stucco, but we're sure this would've been cheaper and more efficient if it had been done with the initial electrical and plumbing remodel. They did exactly what we told them to do, but it would've been nice if they had been more helpful and talked to us about issues they noticed that we as 1st time kitchen remodelers would not have.

I originally needed alot more than just curtain rods hung, but he quoted me an outragous price on doing the things I need so i just had him hang the curtain rods since he was already there. My curtain rods are not even level, they are not high enough so the curtains are dragging on the floor and he didn't even put all the peices on, like the middle support hook, he put it on 1 of the rods in 1 room and left it off of the others. The guy that came had no personality and i could barely hear him when he spoke. I could have done a better job myself. I could have hung the rods uneven too. I would not recommend this company, I would not use it again myself.
