I would not hesitate to recommend The Granite Center. Roberto was very helpful with suggestions about materials and design. His two workers were excellent. The were on time, worked without any loud music, and were the cleanest workers we have ever had. One bit of advice, make sure that the workers have all the materials necessary for the job to be done and be certain they know what design you have in mind. I had to leave to take my parents to a doctor's appointment and didn't check with them before I left.

Proactive, helpful, works to please the customer. Made the effort to identify / locate matching tiles and will get the kitchen project underway in 3 weeks (floor and splackback).

Waste of TIME and MONEY! I would NEVER recommend this company! They were contracted to grout my bathroom. Problem is the person that they sent to do the job, never worked with this material before? After showing up 2 HOURS LATE (And I had to Call), the worker spent 7 hrs grouting. At the end of the day, I gave the worker a big fat tip $50, because that's the kind of person I am, ONLY to find out the very next day that the grout dried right back to it's original form, "SAND"! The worker was never told to ADD THE HARDENING MIX to the grout. And to add to my frustration, I NEVER even received a follow up call? Great customer service guys!!!
