Make sure you ask for an estimate! I was in for a big surprise after I got my invoice. I was charged an erroneous $40 for labor in addition to $65 for the house call. Though it is $15 to re-key each lock, they will charge double if it's a double-sided lock. For a locally owned mom-and-pop, I'd expect excellent customer service. The father was perhaps great at building this company up, but the son who answered my call and did the service made very little effort to try to make this a pleasant experience for me. It was as if he couldn't wait for me to finish signing the credit card (I was ready to pay cash). Poor service, poor communication skills - consider yourselves warned...
