"OUR COMPANY AS PER SIGNED ON THE CONTRACT FEBRUARY 22, 2004 THAT A HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING WILL BE INSTALLED AT THE PROPERTY ADDRESS 12541 DOUWNEY AVENUE DOWNEY, CA 90242. INSTALLATION STARED FEBRUARY 24 AND FINISHED FEBRUAR 25. MR DUBOIS CALLED THE OFFICE AND STATED THAT THERE IS A LOUD NOISE COMING OUT OF THE UNIT. TECHNICIAN WENT OUT TO THE HOME AND NOTED THAT THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE UNIT BUT INSTEAD FOUND UNIT IS COMPLETELY CLOGGED DUE TO MISSING FILTER. HOMEOWNER AS WE BELIEVE AT THE TIME OF DOING A ROOM ADDITION AND THAT THEYHAVE NOT PERFORMED ANY MAINTENANCE THAT MADE UNIT TO BE COVERED COMPLETELY OF DUST THAT CAUSED THE MOTOR TO GO OUT OF BALANCE WHICH ACTUALLY IS THE ONE THATIS MAKING THE NOISE. THIS IS SOMETHING THAT THE HOMEOWNER HAD CAUSED THAT SHOULDN’T BE COVERED ON THE CONTRACT BUT INSTEAD OUR COMPANY GAVE THE HOMEOWNER A FREE MAINTENANCE WHICH WAS PERFORMED APRIL 2005. THREE MONTHS AFTER, HOMEOWNER CALLED THE FINANCE COMPANY AND STATED THAT WE HAVE NOT RESOLVED HIS ISSUES REGARDING THE UNIT INSTALLED. WE HAD SENT SENIOR FOREMAN AND HOMEOWNER SAID THAT THERE IS A RUSTED OUT GRILLE AND THAT THERE ARE ROOMS THAT ARE NOT COOLING. OUR REPRESENATIVE NOTED THAT THE RUSTED GRILLE IS ACTUALLY CONDENSATION BUILD-UP DUE TO HOMEOWNER USED THE BATHROOM WITHOUT ANY EXHAUST FAN WHILE UNIT IS RUNNING. AGAIN, THIS SHOULDN'T BE TO OUR COMPANY'S COST BUT STILL TO RESOLVE THE MATTER, WE HAD GIVEN AND CHANGED THE GRILLE FREE OF CH"
