Overall, a very positive experience. Martin was our service provider, and he seemed honest and fair, responded to my questions, and offered advice when I asked for it. He was readily available to do our job. The job was well done and workers cleaned up afterwards. Our window panels look beautiful! The only drawback was their office/showroom, where it was difficult to see samples of window choices.

They are totally incompetent. They put the glass in backwards, and you cannot reverse it without damaging the cabinets. When called about it, all they could say was "oh, well." Steer clear of these incompetent nitwits!!!!!

THE STAFF HELPED ME UNLOAD MY CAR SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO CARRY ALL THE WINDOWS MYSELF. THEY WERE DONE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE DONE. THE WORK WAS GOOD. VERY GOOD PRICE. CAN BE QUITE BUSY, THOUGH. I HAVE SINCE HAD A COUPLE OF OTHER GLASS NEEDS AND BOTH TIMES THEY HAVE SAID THEY WERE TOO BUSY TO TAKE ME.
