We set up a yearly inspection program with them. They were helpful, punctual, knowledgeable, and fast. I really got the sense that after they came, I knew much more about the whole issue (unlike other inspections where people seemed deliberately
mystifying).

After a bad experience with Terminex, the townhouse complex in which I live was advised to hire Foss Termite Control to conduct the annual inspection.  Foss was very flexible in arranging a date and time for the inspection.  The owner, Robert Teal, arrived with his crew on time, introduced himself to the Homeowners Association board representative, and immediatelly set to work.  The  employee who examined my unit was polite, thorough and professional.  Three units could not be accessed and Rob arranged with those owners to come out at their convenience with no additional charge.  A thorough report of the findings was presented in a timely manner, including recommended repairs and a detailed bid for the work.  The board was very impressed with both the personal and professional nature of the experience.

We had our entire roof redone and torn open. We realized this was a great time to have them look into our walls and other places normally unseen (in a 1905 property, that's important!). Sure enough, they spotted some serious termite damage. They coordinated between A/C installers, roof workers, electricians, and their own needs quite well and got the treatment deep down in the walls where needed.
We are very pleased with their services. They performed the termite inspection and treatment for our house before we moved in, at the seller's request, and we simply continued over their contract once the sale was complete.
The estimate of $350 is for a year's worth of contract service to respond to any termite presence and conduct inspections.

Great local small business.  Extremely professional and punctual.  The owner did the home/garage inspection himself.  He was very thorough above and below my house.  His workers, very nice guys, treated my garage.  They had to take down two walls of peg board to treat the wood.  They put it back up and rearranged my hanging tools much better than I had done :)  They did a great clean up, too.   Their prices are competitive, and I prefer to hire a Mom & Pop Shop over a chain.
