called 12/8/2015 received an appointment next day. Arrived about 8:30 AM. removed damaged dish and replaced with a new one.
Made sure every thing worked. No charge as I have Dish Network insurance.

The service rep was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was impressed when he stopped to put on shoe covers before entering my house. The cost for the service was very reasonable.
