I was with Dish Network for 3 years. They kept raising my monthly charges and reducing my channels. The last reduction, I lost MSNBC. When I called, they told me I could still get MSNBC if I upgraded my subscription - in other words, pay more money. When I cancelled, they turned off the system and then took their next full month's payment. It took me over a month to get my money back. Then, they took more money because they said I hadn't returned their equipment, but when I called, they said they actually HAD received the equipment. I'll never go back to Dish again.
