+ -1 moreMy husband and I started looking for a house in April. We saw a house we wanted to look at and called the number on the sign. We reached Todd at Dickson Podley and he said he would meet us at the house in an hour. That wasn't the house for us, nor were the next 16 we looked at!! Finally, we found our house at the end of July - right price, right location. Todd was terrific because he was always encouraging. His philosophy is that people should live where they want to live. With patience and commitment, the right house will come on the market. We were, at times, discouraged, as we were afraid the house we were renting was going to go into foreclosure and we would have to find a rental, probably an apartment, until we found something. Also, we wanted to take advantage of the $8,000 tax break.
