I got nothing but good things to say about Daniel at New Penn Financial.
He explains everything you need to know about the loan process whether its a new purchase or refinance. He is patient with clients and most importantly uses terms that the average person can understand. I've even gone back a week later just to go over everything again, and I was given the same first rate level of attention every time.
I use to shop around for loans, with the big banks, a few brokers and even contacted my the existing lenders and while they promise you the moon and sometimes lower rates. The overall cost package and service does not match what Daniel provides.
I've referred him to my family as well and they are pleased with his services. My mother refinanced and my aunt got a new home loan through him.
I will continue to do use him again because I have confidence in his services.
