ERIC IS OUR LOCAL REPRESENTATIVE AND HE IS GREAT. HE NOT ONLY DELIVERS THE WATER, HE IS WILLING TO TAKE THE TIME AND VISIT AND MAKE SURE THAT HE IS PROVIDING THE BEST SERVICE THAT HE CAN. WHEN OUR COOLER WENT OUT, ON A NONE SCHEDULED DAY, HE CAME OUT REPLACED IT AND THE WATER BOTTLE AND WOULDN'T LEAVE UNTIL HE KNEW IT WORKED.
